Quality Research Support Systems (QRSS)
The Quality Research Support Systems (QRSS) is an initiative by STAREBS designed to provide comprehensive research assistance—both theoretical and empirical—to researchers at various stages of their academic journey. STAREBS arranges for such guidance under the mentorship of competent and eminent researchers, ensuring quality and relevance in every stage of research development.
A one-time, non-refundable registration fee is payable to STAREBS for enrolment in the Research Support Program. The scope of support, duration, and associated fees will be finalized through mutual consultation between the researcher and the Research Scientist of STAREBS, following registration and acceptance into the program.
Fee Structure
- EOne-Time Registration Fee:

- 9For Others Fees: 4,000/-
The registration fee is to be paid while filling up the online application form, using the QR scanner provided in the form. The transaction receipt must be uploaded along with the application.

Warranty Clauses and Terms and Conditions
STAREBS provides online courses on an "as-is" basis, without any warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, regarding the content, accuracy, completeness, or outcomes of the courses.
Time Schedule of courses will be the discretion of STAREBS. No personal or group request from the students will be entertained.
STAREBS and its PROPRIETOR(S) do not warrant that participation in any course will result in any particular skill level, certification, or employment opportunity.
While STAREBS strives to ensure high-quality educational materials, STAREBS AND ITS PROPRIETOR(S) do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or compatibility with all devices and operating systems.
PROPRIERTOR(S) OF STAREBS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages and financial losses arising from the use of STAREBS imparted online courses.
PROPRIETOR(S) OF STAREBS shall not be responsible for any financial losses and will have no financial liability, due to course content, technical issues or application of knowledge imparted by STAREBS and in case of unforeseen events like natural disasters or platform outages.
STUDENTS OF STAREBS agree to indemnify and hold PROPRIETOR(S) OF STAREBS harmless for claims related to course content, application of knowledge or third-party disputes.
STUDENTS of STAREBS and ANY OTHER INTERESTED PARTY shall cover Full Legal costs if they bring claims against PROPRIETOR(S) OF STAREBS that are unfounded or outside the scope of the agreement.
If any student finds the study materials provided by STAREBS, or the method of teaching, difficult to comprehend or intellectually challenging, and as a result experiences confusion, mental distress, or emotional discomfort due to their inability to grasp the content, STAREBS and its Proprietor(s) shall not be held liable under any circumstances.
While STAREBS endeavors to deliver clear, structured, and high-quality educational content, the individual learning ability, prior knowledge, comprehension skills, or mental state of the student is beyond the scope of STAREBS responsibility. Any emotional or psychological response arising from such personal factors is solely the responsibility of the student.
By enrolling in any course, students expressly agree that STAREBS and its Proprietor(s) shall not be subject to any legal claim, compensation demand, or liability relating to emotional or cognitive difficulties experienced in understanding the course material.
For any legal or financial disputes arising with STAREBS and its Proprietor(s), the exclusive jurisdiction for the resolution and settlement of such disputes shall lie with the competent court under whose territorial jurisdiction the Registered Office of STAREBS is located at the time of the initiation of legal proceedings. No other court or tribunal shall have authority in such matters, regardless of the place of residence or operation of the student or any other party involved.
PAYMENT METHIODS AND CLAUSES
Application fee of Rs. 500 for the course is Non-Refundable.
Once the Students get selected Course Fee of Rs. 8000 needs to be paid immediately and at least 4 days before the teaching session starts.
Limited amount of the Course fee, the amount to be decided exclusively and solely by STAREBS without any consultation with students, may be refundable, if and only if STARTEBS itself announces the Cancellation of the course. Self-Withdrawal from the Course will not be entertained as a cause even for partial Refund of the Course Fee.
Decision of STAREBS regarding matters related to Payments for the course, Study and related materials WILL BE FINAL.
